Airblue A321 crashes into hills in Pakistan (28 Jul 2010) An Airblue Airbus A321 carrying 146 passengers and six crew members from Karachi to Islamabad has crashed in the early hours of the morning in the hills north of the Pakistani capital. - FAA to redesign aircraft registration system (28 Jul 2010) From October 1, the US Federal Aviation Administration is planning to terminate the registration of all "N" registered aircraft and require their re-registration on a staggered schedule over the next three years. Once renewed, the registration will be up - X2 breaks unofficial helo speed record (28 Jul 2010) A new, unofficial speed record for rotorcraft was set on Monday by Sikorsky's X2 Technology demonstrator achieving a maximum speed of 225 knots in a one-hour test flight at the Development Flight Centre.
