China Aerospace Propulsion Technology Summit 2015
27 - 28 May 2015, Changsha
Industrial leaders, from OEMs to AVIC and its subsidiary companies will gather together to discuss the Aero-engine projects taking place in China, airworthiness certification, future technology development trends.
British Women Pilots' Association (BWPA) Diamond Jubilee
30 - 31 May 2015, White Waltham Airfield
The BWPA will mark its 60th anniversary with a weekend of events celebrating women in aviation, past, present and future. The weekend will see talks, flying displays, exhibitions and book signings take place at White Waltham Airfield. To find out more view the event flyer here, and click here for the booking form. Annual PEI Defence Lecture - The Queen Elizabeth Carrier Programme

The Armed Forces Committee is a sub-group of all the Professional Engineering Institutions (PEI)and host a lecture each year. Draft programme for the 2015 PEI Defence Lecture:

10th International Conference on Manufacturing of Advanced Composites 24 - 25 June 2015
This two day conference will focus on the themes of assembly and metrology, automation, design for manufacture in composites, factories of the future and skills and training issues. ICAS is an international, non-government, non-profit scientific organization with the mission to advance knowledge and facilitate collaboration in aeronautics. ICAS is the only international support organization to representative aeronautical engineering professional societies and their members in 30 countries. ICAS organizes every two years an International Congress covering all aspects of aeronautical science and technology and their application to both military and civil aviation.
